Yes. You can change your phone number provided the new number is not already taken. If you successfully update your phone number, you will be required to verify this number. A code will be sent to your new number via SMS.

Yes. Although mobile and email verification is very important, you may skip the process if you did not receive the code due to network failure. Please be advised that you will be required to verify the same every time you log in to your Just 2 Swap account. In due time, you may NOT be able to make swap requests or place bargains on swap requests if at least your phone or email is not verified.

It is simple. On the log in page, select Forgot password link. You can choose to recover your password by using your registered email or phone number whichever is convenient for you. A code will be sent to your email or phone depending on your choice, and you will need to use this code to enter a new password for your account.
